The Tinicum Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania to consider the enactment of the following Ordinances:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TINICUM, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 140 TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS ON THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD TO 5 MEMBERS AND REDUCE THE TERMS TO 3 YEARS
After the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Tinicum Township Board of Supervisors will then consider enactment of the Ordinances at its Regular Meeting on December 2, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance described above may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by any citizen in the Administrative Offices of the Township located at 163 Municipal Road, Tinicum, Pennsylvania, on any business day (except Saturdays and Sundays) during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
