TOWNSHIP MANAGER
The Township Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township Government and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Township. The Township Manager is appointed by the Township Supervisors and is responsible for the proper administration of the affairs of the Township.
The Township Manager implements all policies, ordinances, resolutions, and other official directives of the Board of Supervisors. The Township Manager supervises the work of various boards, departments, personnel, and outside professionals. The Township Manager is responsible for the budget, capital improvement projects, personnel, strategic planning, and grants.

Building & Zoning Code Personnel
Building and Zoning Officials review permit applications and corresponding site and construction plans with regards to the Uniform Construction Code, Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinances and other applicable state and federal agencies; issue building/zoning permits; performs site inspections; and investigates complaints/inquiries concerning building, zoning and safety issues/violations.
Building Inspections: Typically Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting at 9:00 AM – Call (610) 294-9154 during office hours to schedule. Please do NOT leave voice messages. Emails are not accepted for inspection scheduling. Cut off for scheduling a ‘next-day’ inspection is noon the business day before.
