DESCRIPTION:The 9/25 ZHB meeting was postponed to October 23\, 2025. \nNotice is given that the Tinicum Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday\, October 23\, 2025 to hear the applications of 755 River Road LLC\, owner of property located on 755 River Road and 24 River Road in Tinicum Township\, Bucks County\, Pennsylvania. \nThe subject property is identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel Nos. 44-015-071 and 44-015-072 and is located in the RA-Residential Agricultural District.  The Applicant seeks an appeal from any and all alleged violations set forth in the Enforcement Notice dated May 6\, 2025 relating to grading and construction without a permit (App#1); seeks an appeal from Zoning Determination dated May 22\, 2025 relating to the permissibility of weddings as part of an A1 Crop Farming and an existing Zoning Hearing Board decision (App#2); and seeks an appeal from any and all alleged violations set forth in the Enforcement Notice dated June 24\, 2025 relating to construction and grading without a permit (App#3). \nThe hearing will be held in the Tinicum Township Municipal Building located at 163 Municipal Road\, Pipersville\, Pennsylvania.  This notice is pursuant to Article XIV of the Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.  Any interested person may attend the hearing and offer testimony or public comment. Any interested person may schedule an appointment to inspect the application and any plans relating to the application during regular office hours at the Tinicum Township Municipal Building located at 163 Municipal Road\, Pipersville\, PA\, by calling (610) 294-9154.
