DESCRIPTION:Notice of Public Hearing for the Tinicum Zoning Hearing Board. \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nTINICUM TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD \nNotice is given that the Tinicum Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday\, May 22\, 2025 to hear the application of Thomas Lynch\, owner of a property located on 102 Ridge Valley Road\, Tinicum Township\, Bucks County\, Pennsylvania. The subject property is identified as Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 44-014-041-001 and is located in the R-Residential District.  The Applicant seeks variances from the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance: 1) Section 706.A(A4)(1) – to permit an animal shelter on a lot size less than five (5) acres; 2) Section 706.A(A4)(2) to permit an animal shelter located less than 200 feet from the lot line; and 3) Section 706.A(A4)(3) to permit a buffer yard of less than 15 feet. \nThe hearing will be held in the Tinicum Township Municipal Building located at 163 Municipal Road\, Pipersville\, Pennsylvania.  This notice is pursuant to Article XIV of the Tinicum Township Zoning Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.  Any interested person may attend the hearing and seek party status or offer public comment.
