Administrative Job Opportunity

The Tinicum Township is looking for someone to fill the position of Administrative Services for 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent people skills and an interest in the local community. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, and Filemaker Pro software is a plus. General duties include the preparation of Board agendas and minutes, answering the phone, assisting residents and contractors, updating record books, website management, filing, ordering supplies, assisting the Board of Supervisors and volunteer commissions, processing Conditional Use and Zoning Hearing applications, updating tenant files and parcel file database, and managing Open Records Requests. Some evening hours may be required.
